Hi, I’m Radha.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, supervised by Dr. Meghan Williams, PhD, MCLC, LMFT-S.
I help teens, adults, couples, and families navigate anxiety, ADHD and neurodivergence, burnout, people-pleasing, identity, relationship stress, life transitions, fertility concerns, and family conflict.
My work is rooted in a simple belief: you deserve a life that feels like yours. Therapy is not about “fixing” who you are. It is about understanding the stories and patterns you have carried, reconnecting with your voice, and creating space for who you are becoming. My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and gently challenging. I draw from Narrative Therapy, family systems, solution-focused strategies, DBT-informed coping skills, mindfulness, and strengths-based practices.
I am especially passionate about supporting South Asian and culturally diverse clients navigating identity, intergenerational expectations, boundaries, belonging, and the pressure to care for everyone around them. Together, we explore how you can care deeply without carrying everything, set boundaries without losing your compassion, and make room for yourself in your own life. I also support anxious people-pleasers, caregivers, couples, and women navigating fertility concerns, changing roles, or the question, “Who am I in this season of my life?”
I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University and a Master’s degree in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 10 years working as a Certified Child Life Specialist, supporting children and families through medical experiences, uncertainty, grief, and major life changes. This background continues to shape my creative, relational, and family-centered approach to therapy.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy yoga, meditation, exploring local coffee shops, taking nature walks, and spending time with my husband and our Goldendoodle, Rumi.
The Bottom Line:
You are allowed to take up space, change the story, and build a life that feels like your own. You can be compassionate and still have boundaries. You can care deeply without carrying everything. Therapy can be a place to exhale, feel seen, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
